Gigabit Ethernet for the Desktop

DDR333 Chipsets from Intel in September
Published: Tuesday, May 7, 2002 | By: DennisIntel is re-enforcing their DDR presence with two new DDR333 chipsets due to be launched in September, though it seems like a long time to wait considering that SiS and VIA already have DDR333 solutions out or in the works.
This Digi article also speaks of the new Springdale chipset due to be launched sometime 2Q of 2003 sporting a 600MHz FSB and twin-bank DDR333. -
