After careful consideration I have decided to transfer all hardware review activities to a new domain. I purchased Hardwareasylum.com in 2012 and have been working hard to build a new and improved Ninjalane on that domain. If you are reading this you have reached one of the archived articles, news, projects and/or reviews that were left behind during the site migration.
Please update your bookmarks and be sure to visit the new and improved Ninjalane at Hardwareasylum.com

Chenbro
The last company we met with is Chenbro, Chenbro is a high end case builder that services the server and workstation market. Their designs do no change much at all however their construction and style make them perfect for casemods. There is actually an SR105 in the Ninjalane Labs in the midst of a casemod makeover so expect to see a casemod project in the very near future.
The photos show the internals of the workstation class cases along with some external shots of the rackmount cases and some retail consumer cases with not much style at all.
End-user casemodding is still alive in the enthusiast world despite the apparent flood of pre-modded cases we see in the market. Actually modding has gotten to be very creative as a result as most companies have caught on to their design downfalls and have since fixed the issues. This leaves most of the customizations to be cosmetic or extreme in nature. Chenbro is no exception to this however since their workstation cases never had any cooling related issues there wasn't much for them to fix.
That pretty much concludes our day 4 coverage of Computex 2007, be sure to check out the articles section of Ninjalane to find more Computex related articles.
