Orbs a plenty
Published: Monday, November 27, 2000 | By: DennisI caught a glimpse of this over at the Freeway Designs website the other day. It would seem that they have designed a "orb" that is approvd to 1.3GHz. It looks alot like the Golden Orb in some regards except that this cooler is made of copper unlike the "Glorb".

Dual P3 800 Faster than the P4 or Athlon
Published: Sunday, November 26, 2000 | By: DennisOriginally I saw this at HardOCP and figured that under the circumstances I should post it here. As most of us know any computer with multiple processors will score higher than a computer with just one processor if given the proper environment to work in. (i.e. Win2k, Linux) Even then you still need to be running programs that support the SMP instruction set.

Ninjalane starts hardware reviews
Published: Wednesday, November 22, 2000 | By: DennisThe nice guys at the Freeway Designs home office in Taipei. Where nice enough to send me a sample of one of their latest products the FWD-P3C4XD for review.
This board features dual socket 370 processors, AGP Pro, onboard sound, and a sexy red PCB. That is to not mention a variety of core voltages and FSB to 166 MHz.
I see quite a potential with this board. -

Published: Sunday, November 19, 2000 | By: DennisHere is something cool that Saltire Systems sent to me.
Saltire Systems is proud to announce that our 4-way internal fanbus solution is to be stocked by The Overclocking Store here in the UK. This is a big moment for us to have one of our own products stocked by a major PC hardware player in the UK Overclocking market. The fanbus unit can be found in the "overclocking hardware" section in the store, priced at £17.62 including VAT. Free 1-3 day delivery is available on all their products.
