After careful consideration I have decided to transfer all hardware review activities to a new domain. I purchased Hardwareasylum.com in 2012 and have been working hard to build a new and improved Ninjalane on that domain. If you are reading this you have reached one of the archived articles, news, projects and/or reviews that were left behind during the site migration.
Please update your bookmarks and be sure to visit the new and improved Ninjalane at Hardwareasylum.com

Window Cutting pt2
Towards the end all that was holding the bunny head in was a few slivers of metal near the corners. I used a smaller non-reinforced disk
to carefully cut away the material in these corners.
When I cut out the bunny head I did so on the inside of the blue line. This way I could later go back and smooth the edges.
This way I didn't need to worry about taking away to much material.
Here is a shot of the finished window opening. All I need now is paint and a piece of Lexan.
