After careful consideration I have decided to transfer all hardware review activities to a new domain. I purchased Hardwareasylum.com in 2012 and have been working hard to build a new and improved Ninjalane on that domain. SilverStone RV01 Raven Case Review

Introduction
SilverStone has been hard at work on building their "Murder Scene" recently with the form of the Raven line of products. The SilverStone RV01 Raven is a very different approach to the typical SilverStone case design and is also the first case that is not completely made from aluminum. The unique Uni-Body design we saw in the FT01 is also gone, in fact most of everything we associate with a SilverStone case is out the door when it comes to the Raven Series. One of the main reasons behind the Raven series is to do something different and break away from the typical SilverStone branding. Let's dive into what makes the RV01 Raven different and yet very similar to what we find in the SilverStone world.
The SilverStone RV01 Raven is a very different kind of case, not just for SilverStone but for any other case out there. One of the biggest changes is moving from an all aluminum construction to a Steel and Plastic combination. The black plastic molding creates a very unique look that resembles the rigid and hard lines found on the Stealth Bomber and the steel chassis adds strength.
Another unique feature is that the entire case features some form of plastic molding, even the back of the case feature a plastic panel to maintain the sleek appearance.
