After careful consideration I have decided to transfer all hardware review activities to a new domain.  I purchased Hardwareasylum.com in 2012 and have been working hard to build a new and improved Ninjalane on that domain.  If you are reading this you have reached one of the archived articles, news, projects and/or reviews that were left behind during the site migration.

Please update your bookmarks and be sure to visit the new and improved Ninjalane at Hardwareasylum.com

    Conclusion

So far this is the third Coolermaster heatsink reviewed here at Ninjalane and though it might not be very impressive from a cooling standpoint it is exceptionally quiet by comparison and very cool to look at. If you are looking for a quiet heatsink solution that has good showmanship in your custom case the Aero 7+ just might be what you are looking for.

Keep in mind that Coolermaster is also has different versions of the Aero cooler, for more information check out their website.
    The Good Things
    3 prong retention system
    Quiet Fan
    Variable speed blower fan
    Textured copper skived fin design
    Front mounted speed control
    Rear mounted speed control
    Good thermal dissipation.
    The Bad Things
Thumb tab is rather small for use with big fingers
Blower fan doesn't move that much air
    Ninjalane Rating
I would like to thank CoolerMaster for helping to make this review possible.
