After careful consideration I have decided to transfer all hardware review activities to a new domain.  I purchased Hardwareasylum.com in 2012 and have been working hard to build a new and improved Ninjalane on that domain.  If you are reading this you have reached one of the archived articles, news, projects and/or reviews that were left behind during the site migration.

Please update your bookmarks and be sure to visit the new and improved Ninjalane at Hardwareasylum.com

    Board Layout and Features

Here are various product shots of the Ty4n Trinity that we're going to use in this review. As the photos show the motherboard comes with a variety of expansion options and the not so common green PCB. I think as of late the only company that even still uses the green PCB is Ty4n and Epox thus making green the new black. happy smile

The chipset comes with a variety of overclocking options though in an attempt to fast track to production Ty4n placed these controls as jumpers on the motherboard.
SLI is achieved using these specially designed videocards from nVidia, the ribbon connector across the top is how you link them together for the SLI technology to work. Because the SLI features are contained within these two video cards you can match them up to any video subsystem you have available. This can be an onboard video or even a second pair of SLI cards for dual monitor gaming or the coveted Quad SLI.
Primary video is supplied by this ATI card which outputs to the SLI cards using an external pass thru cable.
