After careful consideration I have decided to transfer all hardware review activities to a new domain. I purchased Hardwareasylum.com in 2012 and have been working hard to build a new and improved Ninjalane on that domain. If you are reading this you have reached one of the archived articles, news, projects and/or reviews that were left behind during the site migration.
Please update your bookmarks and be sure to visit the new and improved Ninjalane at Hardwareasylum.com
DFI LAN Party UT NF680I LT SLI-T2R Motherboard Review

Board Layout and Features Cont.
One of the standard features on all LanParty boards to date is the onboard power and reset buttons. In addition to this the NF680i LT comes with a new feature called "EZ Clear" that basically allows you to reset the CMOS with the touch of 2 buttons.
Here is how it works, with the motherboard in standby mode (system shutdown with power lights on) hold down the power and reset buttons for 4-5 seconds, release, and then restart the system. No longer do you need to mess with motherboard jumpers. (unless you want to, and yes the jumper is still there)
When running 2 or more video cards it is suggested that you connect the smaller floppy style power connector directly into the motherboard. This will increase motherboard stability and in some cases will increase your chances of a successful overclock, there are 2, one at the top and one at the bottom.
The last 2 photos show the included SLI bridge and ATX connector panel. (without Kajaran audio module)
