Now on to the system as it was tested.
1 Pentium 4 Northwood 2.0GHz processor 512KB L2 cache
2x Corsair XMS2700 DDR333 256megs
Hercules Prophet III GeForce3 video card
Linksys LNE100TX 10/100 network card
IBM Deskstar 60GXP 40GB ATA/100
Enermax 350watt power supply
24x CDRom (hey you need something to install an os )
Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 2
For comparison purposes I also tested this system with
2x Corsair XMS2400 DDR300 256megs
Like I mentioned earlier this board doesn't contain a wide variety of overclocking features, so all tests where conducted at 2.0GHz with the following ram configurations.

CAS - 2.5 Timing Settings - Normal CMD Rate - Auto CPU/DRAM Frequency - 100/166.
PC2400
CAS - 2.0 Timing Settings - Ultra CMD Rate - Auto CPU/DRAM Frequency - 100/133.
PC2400
General notes:
PC2700 settings are the maximum the system would handle, any increase would result in the
system not being able to boot.
PC2400 settings are the fastest the system would allow at 100/133. It should also be noted that the system would run flawless with this PC2400 memory at the PC2700 settings, but no faster.
It would appear that we have a limitation in either the DDR333 memory interface of the SiS645 or a hard lock set within the bios to limit CAS and Timing frequencies above the noted PC2700 settings above.
(As of this writing) In short if you choose to get a SiS645 enabled motherboard you can spend the extra on the "good stuff" or get some high quality PC2400 memory instead, performance will remain the same.
