After careful consideration I have decided to transfer all hardware review activities to a new domain. I purchased Hardwareasylum.com in 2012 and have been working hard to build a new and improved Ninjalane on that domain. If you are reading this you have reached one of the archived articles, news, projects and/or reviews that were left behind during the site migration.
Please update your bookmarks and be sure to visit the new and improved Ninjalane at Hardwareasylum.com

Corsair Memory
Our friends at Corsair were held up in a Grand Hyatt suite and really didn’t have anything new to show but did many of the same products on display that we've come to enjoy over the years.
To make up for this they had Oliver on hand to demonstrate LN2 cooling on the nVidia 790i platform. Before running into issues with the motherboard he had it running at a solid 5.22Ghz with a core temperature of -62C!!

I didn't really know much about LN2 cooling until this demonstration and much to my surprise the copper chiller (slug) only has LN2 in it when you are trying to maintain temperature. It really remained empty most of the time.
The foam cup is actually just a funnel to prevent any spills
