After careful consideration I have decided to transfer all hardware review activities to a new domain. I purchased Hardwareasylum.com in 2012 and have been working hard to build a new and improved Ninjalane on that domain. If you are reading this you have reached one of the archived articles, news, projects and/or reviews that were left behind during the site migration.

Conclusion
Conclusion
One of the things that we really like about CoolerMaster is that they listen to their customers and do what they can to provide reasonable solutions to their concerns. The xDream SE is really an improved version of the original xDream based almost entirely on customer feedback. Some of the improvements include a full fan shroud, and front mounted speed control.
Overall the xDream SE is really an amazing heatsink and should provide an excellent cooling solution for any of the higher speed Athlon processors including the new "Barton" core.
To sum up here is the ever-popular good and bad list.
